This one brings together the best of two of our most loved events into one spectacular autumn day at Handley Farm near Belper.
We start with a guided foraging walk through the farm's ancient landscape, searching out the fungi and wild ingredients that autumn does better than any other season. Our expert forager will show you what to look for and what to do with it.
As dusk approaches, the campfire is lit. We cook a feast using the foraged finds and the finest local produce, while stories, legends and folklore from the surrounding landscape are shared around the flames.
It's a long, slow, deeply satisfying evening — exactly what autumn evenings are made for.
