Terms and Conditions – Boring Bit

Dishes may change due to seasonal availability.

All quotes are for food only and do not include delivery, staff and equipment hire.

Subject to Venue location and on-site kitchen facilities may incur additional costs.

Allergies 

Please speak to Wonky Kitchen if there are any specific dietary requirements concerning allergies or intolerances and we will try our best to cater to you.

Any requirements must be stated at the time of placing the food order.

Although every effort will be made to avoid cross contamination, all of our food is prepared in a kitchen that contains gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs and other allergens and so therefore cannot guarantee trace amounts.

Bookings and Cancellations

Upon Booking please let us know the following information..

Date of party, number of people you require catering for, what time you would like the food to be delivered, contact details including email and daytime number.

An initial deposit at 20% is required upon confirmation of booking, with full balance paid prior to the event.

Any cancellations after 48 hours prior to the occasion we are unfortunately unable to refund.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances the full deposit / payment will be refunded.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
