Who am I?
Hello, I’m Holly. My passion for cooking began at 17 when I became a single parent and wanted to cook proper food for my daughter. What started as dinner parties for friends grew into opening my own restaurant.
With over 20 years of hospitality experience, I now run a catering company, creating bespoke menus for weddings and events. I focus on seasonal ingredients, preservation techniques and foraged produce, working alongside a professional forager. When I’m not cooking, I’m usually out hiking and finding wild food.

Forage and Feast Over Fire - NEW EVENT - Sunday 14th June - Lumsdale, Matlock / Bentley Brook Taproom
Discover local flora and fungi with professional forager Andrew Ford around the Lumsdale Valley, come back to the taproom for a seasonal Feast cooked over Fire using foraged and local ingredients and maybe a home brewed pint?

Outdoor Veggie Night and Live Music - Saturday 20th June - Hannah Fields Community Garden / Littleover. Using produce grown on the community garden, this is the ultimate field to fork experience, go meat free for a night and enjoy a set menu in this suburban oasis.

Folklore and Feast Over Fire - NEW EVENT - Sunday 21st June - Handley Farm / Belper - Join us for a solstice celebration. Enjoy a guided walk around the ancient landscape at Handley farm, discovering ancient folktales about the area, finished with a campfire meal using local recipes and produce from the farm - £45pp - Includes donation to the farm

Autumnal Forage and Feast - Sunday 11th October - We are back at Linacre and Cuthorpe Hall for the main mushroom season. Fungi foraging with professional forager Andrew Ford, followed by a sit down foraged taster meal £70pp
