Who am I?
Hello, I'm Holly. I've always loved my food, I lack the feeling full button. I've been especially passionate about cooking since I became a single parent at 17 and wanted to cook proper food for my little girl. I started cooking for friends, holding dinner parties and later opened a restaurant.
With more than 20 years of hospitality experience and with a close network of experienced amazing individuals around me I have started a catering company.
I really enjoy designing menus and working with customers to ensure they get the very best food for their event.
I have a particular interest in seasonal food and try to incorporate preservation methods into my cooking for extra flavour and to help reduce waste.
I also have a keen interest in foraging and work alongside a professional forager. When i'm not working i'll be out hiking and finding free food.

This is me!

Happy Faces.
